Our nursery has two spacious and well-resourced gardens which enable the children to explore and develop their gross motor skills.
The nursery has two very large enclosed gardens, with a woodland area and soft safety flooring. All garden areas are fully equipped with age appropriate toys.
We have a full forest school garden plus our nursery garden with plenty of resources and activities for all age ranges.
Activities
Our nursery gardens provide opportunities to run, jump and skip, as well as investigation. The children can explore the natural logs for balancing skills, use the bikes and scooters, help to grow the flowers and vegetables and access the art area to help develop their imagination.
Our Forest School Garden
The Ethos of Forest School is based on a fundamental respect for children and young people and for their capacity to instigate, test and maintain curiosity in the world around them.
